About the Author

My name is Jorinde Berben. I was born in Belgium (Brugge), went to the Guido Gezelleschool (Steinerschool or Waldorfschool) in Brugge and studied Dutch and English at Ghent University. I have been happily married to Andrew since 2006. From 2009 to 2011 we lived in China to teach English there.
Currently we are dividing our time between Belgium and Los Angeles (where my husband is from) with our baby girl Savannah, until we settle into something a little bit more permanent.

I'm an aspiring writer, always busy with something, be it working on a novel, updating my blogs or teaching English or Dutch.
