This blog's setup is pretty simple:

Every week I offer you two or three activities that enrich your life in some way. And the key point is, it only takes a couple of minutes. 

The idea came to me while I was walking from the tiny English academy I taught at, to my home. The walk always seems to take quite a while, but when I get home, I realize no more than 5 minutes has gone by. 5 minutes can mount up to quite a valuable measure of time, if we spend it in a worthwhile way.

I started paying closer attention to how long certain activities last, and how much you could do in a day if you didn't let those extra 5 minutes here and there slip by unnoticed.

This blog is written for YOU. Any suggestions you might have on new activities or improvements of old ones, feel free to comment!
